Gear Box Repairs

Inspection of 901/911/915 gear boxes and repairs under taken,
Ratio changes, diff' change, LSD fit-meant and check over (ZF), gearbox case change, crown wheel and pinion setting/changing.
Dog-teeth replacement to all gears available.
Oil spray bars fitted and competition boxes built and repaired.
In addition, 930/935 4-speed boxes repaired.
924/944/968 boxes catered for, 928 manual boxes also re-built, LSD fitment to this box (manual box only)

911/01 gearbox bearing plate is now available in 6082T6 Aluminium, this assists in keeping the pinion in the correct position with a STD and uprated/non STD engine fitted to the 911 or 914, Photo of this is on the parts for sale section. UK made.

915 clutch cable repair bracket is now available to fit the 915 box up to 1977 and will assist the fit-meant of a later SC/3.2 gearbox to a earlier car with the early clutch cable, Photo in the Parts for sale section. UK made.

Plated LSD's for the 901,911 and 915 gearbox will be available soon, the 901 LSD will be able to be fitted to the 901 box with the original output shafts, the 915 LSD will also use the original output shafts for originality, both LSD's are UK made, USA outlet will be through Engine Builders Supply EBS when available
